Zinc
Dietary supplement in the form of drops containing zinc. Consume after meals, dissolved in water or juice. Do not consume directly.

Selenium
Dietary supplement in the form of drops containing selenium. Selenium helps in, among others, the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and the immune system. Consume before eating, dissolved in water or juice.

Vitamin C
Powdered dietary supplement containing vitamin C enriched with Turmeric rhizome, standardized to min. 2.1% curcumin. Consume after a meal, dissolve in a glass of water and drink immediately after preparation.

Vitamin D3
Dietary supplement in the form of drops containing 2000 IU of vitamin D3. Consume during or immediately after a meal.
Vitamin D3 in a dose of 2000IU is intended for healthy adults up to 75 years of age.

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.

Storage method: Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dark place out of reach of small children.

Lysine
Dietary supplement in capsule form. Take after meals.

Recommended daily intake: 20 drops contain 10 mg zinc (100% RWS*).

Selenium
Recommended daily intake: 20 drops contain 100 μg of selenium (182% RWS*).

Vitamin C
Recommended daily intake: 1 scoop daily, contains L-ascorbic acid – 970mg (1212% RWS*), turmeric – 30mg (including 630 μg curcumin).

Vitamin D3
Recommended daily intake:
2 push-ups a day for an adult.
1 pump contains 25 μg (1000 IU) of vitamin D (500% RWS*).
2 pumps contain 50 μg (2000 IU) of vitamin D (1000% RWS*).

Lysine
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule 3 times a day. 1 capsule: L-lysine - 500 mg, 3 capsules: L-lysine - 1500 mg.
