longevity-at-home.com is a website ("Site") that is operated and maintained by Longevity Products spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw.
Longevity Product spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Belwederska 9, 00-761 Warsaw) is a company entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001102457, identified for tax purposes under NIP number 5214067323, and for statistical purposes under REGON number 528460342, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.00, fully paid up.

General rules.

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), together with the documents referred to in these terms, tell you the terms on which you may make use of our Site, whether as a guest, browser or registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing or registering on our site and, where applicable, using forms, surveys and other features.
Please read these terms carefully before you start to use our Site. The Terms of Use will apply to each time you use our Site. We recommend that you print out the Terms of Use or save it in another convenient form for future reference.
By using our Site, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must not use our Site.

Access to the Site.

Our Site is provided free of charge. Access to some Site functionalities may be subject to payment.
We do not make any guarantees regarding the continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of our Site or any content on it. Access to our Site is granted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or make changes to our Site in whole or in part without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making your own arrangements for accessing our Site. Intellectual property rights.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and the material published on it. This material is protected by copyright and industrial property rights under national and international law.
All rights in the Site and materials published on the Site are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Site.

Submitting Content to Our Site.

You warrant that any such content does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. Viruses.

We do not provide any warranty that our Site is secure or free from worms or viruses.
The User is responsible for configuring their own hardware, computer programs and platform in order to access our Site. The User should use their own anti-virus software.
You must not misuse our Site to knowingly introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or harmful to equipment. By violating this provision, you are committing a criminal offence under Articles 268 and 268a of the Criminal Code of 6 June 1997. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Any such breach will result in the immediate withdrawal of your right to use our Site.

You may link to our Site provided you do so in a way that is lawful and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of our reputation.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of affiliation with us, or approval or endorsement on our Site where no such affiliation, approval or endorsement exists.

Permitted Use of Our Site.

for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;

These content standards apply to any and all material that you contribute to our Site ("Contributions") and any interactive services (such as chat boxes or online forms) associated with it. The Content Standards must be complied with in both spirit and letter. The Standards apply to any part of a Contribution as well as to the whole of it. Feedwell will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Contribution violates the Content Standards. A Contribution must:

comply with the laws applicable in Poland or, if the Contribution is made from another country, comply with the laws applicable in the country from which the Contribution is made.

Violation of these Terms of Use.

If we believe there has been a violation of these Terms of Use, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in us taking any or all of the following actions:

immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site;
immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contributions submitted by you to our Site;
issuing a warning;
initiating legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
other legal actions;
disclose any information relating to the breach to law enforcement authorities as we believe is necessary or required by law.

Our liability for any actions we may take in response to a breach of these Terms of Use is excluded. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above - we may take any other actions, provided for by law, that we deem appropriate.

Applicable law.

These Terms of Use are consistent with the provisions of generally applicable law in Poland and will be interpreted in accordance therewith.
The User agrees that any disputes arising from his/her use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of a common court with local jurisdiction established for the registered office of Longevity Products sp. z o. o.
